When we can’t fall asleep at night, it’s usually because most of our energy is trapped in the upper body. To fall asleep, we need the energy to be flowing all the way down through our lower body. Our energy gets stuck in the chest and head when we think, talk, work on the computer, pay bills, etc. If the energy cannot balance itself through the feet we can feel stress, worry or anxiety. If our day was stressful or did not have enough physical or outdoor activity in it, our energy can be stuck in the upper chakras of the body.
